Back To Bariatrics Basics! Frustrated
I'm a little frustrated today! I only lost .2 lbs this week and really expected a better number. Oh well.. I shall persevere !! I will get it off..
On a good note, walked 4 miles with my DH again this morning. It was much easier, much cooler (though not cool by a long shot!)... I cut about 4 minutes off my time. That also does not seem right to me, but.. we'll see how I do next time!
I don't think my calories are too high, but ... we'll see how this week goes and I'll make adjustments from there. Today we are celebrating my DH's birthday, and I am going to have a piece of his cake. My DD made it and it resembles a castle! Really cool! Wi**** didn't have to stay in my house though... she will not take it home with her! and DH doesn't return to wor****il next Wednesday. Maybe I'll cut it up and freeze the pieces.. it would make good snacks for the kids, and he can take some to work each night as a snack. .mmmm... good idea! AND I'm less likely to eat it if it is in the freezer!!! YEAH!! OK.. off to the shower!
Blanche.. hugs.. After initial high weigh loss expect lower numbers, stalls, and in some cases - even weight gain.. It is a marathon, not a spring.
It will take time to get that weight off... don't give up, it may be 1 -2 lbs here and there. I can be done. Takes times and patience. HUGs
