This will be my last post until Tuesday, July 30th, I am on vacation and heading to Gulf Shores for some much needed relaxation. I hope everybody has a wonderful day and an awesome rest of the week. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Peanuts
Dinner: Roast Beef and Pinto Beans
Snack: Mini Ice Cream Cone
Remember to take those vits and drink plenty of fluids each day and Have a Happy Hump Day!
Tess...hope you have a wonderful vacation because if your dedication to this site is any indication, you have definitely earned it. We'll miss your daily posts and encouragement. We shall take our vits, and drink our fluids, lol. In the meantime, you go and have a great time. Rock that BIKINI, and don't forget that lottery ticket you spoke of. See you next week!
P.S. If you get a chance to fish, try it out and bring back a couple fish stories :)

Getting lots and lots of hydration today. I ate way to much salt yesterday and I'm paying the price today with stiff and puffy fingers and ankles. I know better. I know better. I know better.
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Bran Muffin w/ cream cheese
snack: Iced Coffee (someone gave us a bag of Almond flavored coffee - it is divine with a splash of sugar free vanilla creamer and some splenda)
Lunch: Weigh****chers frozen entree
snack: Yogurt with handfull of bear naked granola
Dinner: Fish Tacos
Headed to the Bob Dylan concert tonight at the VA Beach amphitheater. David is always winning tickets from radio station call ins. Looking forward to a night out with the hubster.

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Busy day for me after sleeping less than 3 hrs last night, or I should say "this morning" since I went to bed around 2am and was up for the day 3 hrs later. I finally mailed my son's care package to his ship, and I can't wait for him to get it since it's chock full of surprises he wasn't expecting. Got my bike workout done this evening, slower pace but higher resistance, for 32 minutes, covering 4 miles. Today I ate:
B: McDonald's SF iced coffee with vanilla protein powder, large peach
L: 1 grilled chicken leg (skinless), 1/2 c strawberries
D: red leaf lettuce salad with 2.6 ozs water packed low sodium tuna, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 strips turkey bacon, 2 tbsps light ranch dressing
S: coffee with Splenda and 3 tbsps LF half & half
LNS: probably more strawberries if I watch my late night TV shows
