Short one tonight. Bike workout done, 60 mins covering 7.1 miles (leisurely pace tonight). Today I ate:
B: 2 eggs, sandwich thin, 1 tbsp each LF half & half and light butter sub, 1 c fresh strawberries
S: peach
L: grilled chicken breast (skinless), 1/2 c green beans
S: 1 c strawberries
D: 6 ozs grilled tri tip steak, 1 tbsp A-1 sauce, lettuce salad with 1 tbsp parmesan, 2 tbsps light ranch dressing
