Hellloooooo,,,

I'm still here, still getting up each morning and walking AND walking again in the evenings when I get home from work.  I haven't been checking in daily and I think i do miss it...lol  My weight hasn't moved but I truly think this is the week that I break this plateau...:)  I won't lie, I have gotten discouraged but I haven't gone back to the unhealthy foods :) My mood is much better this week at least I am encouraged that I am eating healthy foods and moving daily.  Afterall, I have changed my lifestyle....I'm not trying to loose weight :)

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Good to hear your mood is better and you remain encouraged, Debra.  Keep up the great work....that plateau will soon be history :)

Congratulations on the exercise and persistence! I just experienced my first stall and when it ended, 3# came off in a weekend - wow, that felt amazing. I think drinking water helps, but don't understand why. Does that work for you? Nice to see you posting. Let us know when the stall breaks, okay?

It sounds like you have a CAN DO ATTITUDE. Keep at it.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

I found when i paused in weight 17 lbs ago, was going up and down the same couple of pounds for what seemed like weeks, what worked for me was having a couple of meals of higher calories then back down..

I kept eating the same kind of foods but just altered my calories so my body wasnt thinking well this is what im adjusting to, im at the point i think im needing to redo that again ...
