It is a rainy day here in Mississippi. We got six inches of rain yesterday in about 1 hour time. I have never seen it rain so hard for so long. It made my construction trailer rock and roll for quite a while. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast #2: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas
Snack: Mini Ice Cream Cone

It's a BEAUTIFUL day in Northeastern NC today. We've had some serious thunderstorms roll through in the past 24 hours. Things aren't as humid now.
Lots and lots of things happening in the household these days. We've just gotten custody of David's son. He got accepted to our county's Early College Program so by living with us and going to highschool here he'll graduate with his normal highschool diploma plus as associates degree from the local community college. That's 2 years of college for FREE!!! We're all excited about the prospect. He moves in this weekend.
David has rented his house for years. The landlords love him and have offered us a wonderful owner financing option. We become homeowners next month!!!!!
I've got lots of energy this morning and I feel Phenomenal. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sleep well all. Hope it's warmer tomorrow. Cold front came through and it was only 64 degrees today. In the 40s tonight, incredibly windy, and the heat just came on. Mother Nature has an odd sense of humor.

Storms rolled through our area yesterday also, Tess. I had an invite to go fishing, but couldn't so the weather didn't matter much in that regard. Otherwise, I love a stormy, rainy day. Today was a lot less humid, at least by the time I left home this afternoon. Would've been a great fishing night with that full moon.
No bike workout this evening. I had my meals all planned, but had a few setbacks. I ate basically the same lunch and dinner, but got some much needed fruit in. Today I ate:
B: 5 strips low sodium turkey bacon, 2 eggs fried with Pam, 1 tbsp ketchup
L: 3 oz lean beef burger (no bun), 1 tbsp relish, 1/2 tbsp ketchup, mustard, large peach
D: 3 oz same burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice deli cheese, 1 tbsp relish, 1/2 tbsp ketchup, mustard
LNS: 1 c fresh strawberries
