"Back to Bariatrics Basics" day 10

Other than the MAJOR frustration if trying to get my medical records from my surgeon's office sent to the Dr I'm going to see up here.. the day is going ok.  I haven't gotten any exercise... still... but food choices are going very well.

Trying to find time for "me" while trying to work around everyone else's schedule is proving very difficult!  LOL

Today for lunch we had saute'd mushrooms with egg and cheese made into a sort of egg pie.  It was very good, but I burned it a little.. oops!  had added garlic and just a touch of olive oil. yum!  Breakfast was a Vanilla protein smoothie with unsweetened almond milk, PB2 mocha, ice and 1/2 of a small banana..  for snack, carrots with a yogurt based dill dip from Oikos, and Vanilla roasted almonds.. yum!!!   I've also had an iced latte from Dunkin Donuts.. f/f and s/f. 

For dinner, we are  having Pork loin chops, mixed baby vegetable medley, and maybe some Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower!!  LOL

Thanks! Now, if they were ALWAYS that good and healthy, I wouldn't be in this situation!  LOL
