Good Morning Botters:
It is a gorgeous start to the week here is Mississippi, weather is warm with a chance of rain later in the day to cool things off a bit. Had a great weekend, went to the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning, met my daughter and son n law for lunch with my husband and son and then saw a movie in the afternoon. This unplanned day turned out great! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: Meatloaf and Green Beans
Snack: Mini Ice Cream Cone
Exercise: Still punching on the barn house and getting plenty of exercise running up and down those stairs and sweating.

Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Quest protein bar
S: apple with peanut butter
L: veggie soup with Unjury protein powder added, RF Wheat Thins
S: ½ cup peaches
D: 1 slice of a large pizza
S: small piece of blackberry cobbler.
TOTALS: 1385 calories, 77g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 186 (Height: 5’ 7”)
I haven't been taking in as much protein as usual lately. I'm out of Unjury except for the chicken flavor but I've got Chocolate Spendor ordered and on it's way!
I don't know about yall but this weekend was PERFECT. Girls weekend for me and now I'm back at work and even more thankful for the relationship that I have. Had plenty of time to float in the sal****er and soak up the sunshine. Ahhhh....now if I could just win the lottery so I could make being retired an afforadable option.
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Banana, Grapes, a mini-muffin and some cream cheese.
Lunch: Grilled Fish sandwich
Snack: Yogurt with Bear Naked Granola
Dinner: Teriyaki Crock Pot chicken & garden pasta salad.
Lots and Lots of decaf Iced Tea and Water. Planning a long walk with the dog after dinner this evening (as long as the thunderstorms hold off).
Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

Started my day with an hour of Zumba, drank 88 ounces fluid (low again today), 1169 calories, 118g protein, all vitamins taken.
Monday is my weigh-in day and I lost 2.7 pounds last week!!! My body tends to plateau then drop, plateau then drop, so I'm relieved and excited to see a loss! I've now lost 40.8 pounds of the regain!

Wow!! It's after noon on Tuesday, and I'm just posting for Monday. Gotta do it, or I feel "incomplete", lol. Ran around in the storms, trying to complete the shopping for my son's care package. He's in Japan (Navy), and deployed from his base there. I put together a big box of goodies, and I've been told it could take as long as 2 wks for him to receive it, so I was trying to get it out asap.
Did my recumbent bike workout before leaving home for 36 mins, covering 5.1 miles. My eats were:
B: vanilla protein shake made with hazelnut flavored black coffee, 1/4 c low fat half & half
L: 3.5 ozs low sodium deli ham, sandwich thin, 1 sl deli cheese, 2 tsps mayo, lettuce, tomato
S: 2 c watermelon cubes
D: small grilled chicken breast and leg (skinless), 1/2 c green beans
