Back On Track Together
Sunday, July 21st, Cardio & Cafe
Good evening, BOTT friends,
Today was much better for me after yesterday's problem with my pouch. I was able to eat with no nausea, and everything stayed down. I got my bike workout in early today for 32 minutes, covering 4 miles. My back was cooperative early in the day, but finicky this evening, so I didn't try another workout. Pain meds are on board, and I'm settling in to watch some late night TV. Today I ate:
B: Quest protein bar, 1 c blueberries
L: red leaf lettuce salad with 2 boiled eggs, 2.6 oz pkg white albacore tuna, 2 tbsp light ranch dressing
S: 1.5 c cooked kale, 1 oz deli ham
D: 6 ozs sauteed chicken sausage with peppers, onions and 1/4 c marinara, 1 tbsp grated parmesan, sandwich thin
Goodnight friends :)
Forgot to add that I never was able to correct my ticker...it's still showing 1.5 tickers at the bottom of my page. When I go to my settings, there are 3, but I can't delete them, SMH. Go figure...
The reason I want to change it is I am down to 195.5 (was able to change that) for a total loss of 42.5 lbs of my re-gain wt. Thank you God, for your mercy, for BOTT, and for the fine people here!

Wonderful and romantic way to spend time with your hubby. I know you already do, but please cherish the time you two have together. From reading your posts, you two seem devoted to one another, and that's how it should be. My husband and I put things off, and didn't take time for the little things, thinking we'd have time later. It was not to be. He passed away 9 ys ago at 52 years young.
Have a wonderful time on your vacation!
