Sorry about the temptation, lol.  I did it myself...did the filets, skinned it and cooked it.  Is there a gluten free breading?  Fortunately, I don't have a problem with gluten, but I have seen the agony it can cause :(

Didn't have a chance to post last night but better late than not at all . I packed my lunch and snack for the day as always but managed to forget it in my rush to get to Zumba in time. Luckily I keep a supply of quest bars and protein powder in my office, and my friend/coworker had almond milk. Months ago, I would have ignored those choices and headed out for pizza

B protein smoothie
S quest bar
L almond milk with protein powder
S quest bar
D chicken, sautéed zucchini & yellow squash with feta cheese
S SF FF pudding with 1/2 scoop protein powder

112 ounces fluids, 1196 calories, 137g protein, 60 minutes Zumba, all vitamins taken

Don't you just love the changes that come with clean eating.  I shudder when I think about what and how I was eating just a few months ago.
