Good evening, BOTT friends,
Hot all over today, but I didn't have to spend much time outside until this evening. Got my bike workout done in 2 sessions today totaling 78 minutes, covering 10 miles. My back was ok enough today...muscle relaxant on board. No lunch today, but got in a couple snacks including one of the best fresh peaches I've ever eaten. I only bought 3, and will have 1 every other day. Saw the cherries in the market, but refused to buy any as I can't be trusted around them. Today I ate:
B: 2 egg omelet with 4 slices turkey bacon, onions, peppers, 1/4 c taco cheese, 2 tbsps salsa
S: Light & Fit Greek yogurt
L: none
D: 1 1/2 c spaghetti sauce with lean beef and 2 tbsps grated parmesan, lettuce and tomato salad with 2 tbsp light ranch dressing
S: that delicious fresh peach (yummy!)
