Hey friends,
Posting late again due to "possessed pc", lol. Tried twice again last night...vanished into thin air. Got tired of trying, and went to bed. No bike workout on Wed. My back was in rare form yesterday, but I started to attempt a workout last night anyway. My back said "no way", and I said "no @#$%, Sherlock" and that was that! My eats were:
B: 1 egg + 1 egg white, 4 strips turkey bacon, sandwich thin, 2 tsps butter sub
L: 3 ozs meat from steamed blue crabs, 1 c cooked kale (weird combo, but got in protein and vegs)
S: vanilla protein powder mixed with SF French vanilla coffee, 1/2 c skim milk, lots of ice (it WAS hot yesterday, Tess)
D: grilled chicken breast and leg (skinless) brushed with 2 tbsps barbecue sauce
