It looks like it is going to be another hot day in the south and in the northeast. Please remember everybody to stay hydrated and don't stay in the heat to long. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin
Snack: WW NSA ice cream bar
Exercise: Did not make it out at 5:30 AM this morning but will try to get in a walk this afternoon in the neighborhood. Have a safe and happy hump day and remember those vits and fluids.

Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Quest protein bar
S: 1 oz cheese & Triscuits, ½ cup peaches
L: Mac & cheese, Unjury protein chicken broth, 1 oz chocolate candy

D: 2 small slices of pizza

TOTALS: 1548 calories, 85g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 184 (Height: 5’ 7”)
I'm doing great. Work is going very well. I still have some swelling in the evenings but only a couple of time has it gotten bad enough to make me uncomfortable. My weight has fluctuated a lot since surgery but I think it's mostly due to the swelling. The day after surgery I was 8 lbs. heavier than the day before surgery! That's the highest it's been thank goodness! Most days I'm at my pre-surgery weight of about 184-186 so I may have gained some since 3 lbs of skin & fat were removed. Hopefully it's just still the weight of the swelling. I can't wait until I can get back to my regular exercise routine next week.
Yes it's hot and the AC is running full on!! Thank you all for all the encouragement and tips!! I am reviewing everything I've been doing the past 3 weeks to understand what I've done to myself. For 1 thing, the past 2 weeks, I didn't journal my foods...still haven't today either but I will when I get off here! Anywho, I have bumped up the walking to 2.5 mph and change the incline during to raise the heart beat. I am doing a bit more research on me but as you all have said, I have changed too much to get this discouraged. I am just going to focus on all my positives! I'm not smoking, I'm not drinking any thing bu****er, I'm not sitting on the couch all day and I am able to come up river bank without stopping to rest!!! Yeah me!
