Morning all!  I did oversleep a bit this morning but I hopped on the treadmill and off I walked for my 30 minutes.  I am now walking at 2.5 mph daily which when I look at the speed I walked beginning 3/7/2013 which was 1.8 mph is an amazing situation!  I am going to be bumping up the speed again this week because I don't feel like I am pressing myself enough.  Never thought I would be thinking that!!!  I am continuing to walk each evening too and this week I will be researching low impact exercises.  I really need to strengthen my abs!!  Not doing too shabby for a 60 yr old lady.

Breakfast:  Protein Shake

Lunch: Chicken Salad, fat free dressing

Snack: Dannon lite n fit yogurt/ celery

Dinner:  Baked Chicken, green beans possible salad

Snack:  Cheese and Crackers

Remember all those vits and continue to drink lots of water!!

I really overslept.  I disarmed the alarm instead of just hitting the snooze..  My back and shoulder pain is not letting me sleep well and I am tired of the pain pills.  I think is the weather - it has been raining every day for at lest 1 month (probably longer). a lot of my friends have issue with the dampness and humidity.  My coworker had to go to teh back doc , since she could not even get out of the shower by herself.  And we can't NSAIDS.. bummer..

I ate more carbs over the weekend and I got the gas.... lol... The carbs were good carbs- veggies and fruits... but the extra fiber make it "fun" (not really) over the weekend... I am glad my BF have a good sense of humor...

I think due to the carbs and swelling - my weight is way up this morning... but I will work on that.  On a good note - my BP is also up (extar fluids) so at least I am not dizzy...

Have fun... the week is just started...

Went to a morning Zumba Class and started work 30 minutes later than usual. I hope to do that Mon, Wed, and Fri this summer while we have a wonderful nanny for the summer. Drenched in sweat when I arrived at work but workout was done for the day and anything after is gravy. Posting early because we are at the waterfron****ching the kids' nanny and her sister play softball -- they are quite talented. Hot but beautiful night for a game.
