Have y'all seen the commercial on TV with Camel wanting to know what day it is? I love it. IT'S HUMP DAY!!! Such a happy dude! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Turkey & Cheese on Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: Greek Yogurt Bar
Dinner: Steak Quesidilla
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Bar

Very busy day here today. Babysat all day and ran a few errands this evening. Did whatever household chores I could do which is not much with this back. Floors needed mopping, but will have to wait until my granddaughter can do them this weekend. Thank goodness the tile is dark so the dirt isn't noticeable :)
I didn't get my bike workout done today due to more pain than usual this evening, so I'll take my meds and hope for a better day tomorrow. Today I ate:
B: 1 c fresh cherries, Light & Fit greek yogurt
L: grilled chicken breast and leg (skinless)
S: Iced SF vanilla International coffee
D: lettuce and tomato salad with 2 tbsp light ranch dressing, 5 ozs leftover meatballs with marinara

B protein coffee (Decaf, LF 1/2 & 1/2, protein powder, SF syrup, fiber powder), 1/2 banana
L quest bar, cantaloupe, pepper slices, Ranch dressing
D 1/2 c pasta plus (1st pasta I've had in months), spaghetti sauce, ground round, Parmesan cheese...skipped the salad because of the stupid pasta, oh well
S protein shake (protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds)
Zumba circuit class, walked the dog, only 64 ounces fluids today, all vitamins taken
Sleep well all
