I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful holiday with family and friends. I had a fantastic time...spent lots of time with my hubby and kids, mom, my sister and her children. Beautiful weather, too! Had some weird tummy issues so I wasn't able to eat much until today, not really sure what was going on. Anyway...

Thanks for posting for today, Tigs. Hope your tummy issues are settled. I had a nice holiday weekend, ending with some much needed rest today. I did 2 recumbent bike workouts totaling 80 minutes, covering 10.3 miles. Got a lot of reading done also. Today I ate:
B: vanilla protein shake made with 1/2 c skim milk and 1 small banana, 2 strips turkey bacon
L: small grilled chicken breast (skinless), 3/4 c green beans
S: 3 ozs homemade meatballs in marinara
D: 5 ozs same meatballs in marinara, 1/2 c shirataki noodles, 2 tbsps grated parmesan
