I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful holiday with family and friends. I had a fantastic time...spent lots of time with my hubby and kids, mom, my sister and her children. Beautiful weather, too! Had some weird tummy issues so I wasn't able to eat much until today, not really sure what was going on. Anyway...

B protein coffee
S protein coffee
L 3 Deviled eggs, sugar snap peas, orange peppers, Ranch dressing
D buffalo chicken, romaine, crumbled blue cheese, blue cheese dressing
S 1/2 granny apple, natural peanut butter

88 ounces fluids, 50 minutes on treadmill. Hope everyone is well!

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Thanks for posting for today, Tigs.  Hope your tummy issues are settled.  I had a nice holiday weekend, ending with some much needed rest today.  I did 2 recumbent bike workouts totaling 80 minutes, covering 10.3 miles.  Got a lot of reading done also.  Today I ate:

 

B:  vanilla protein shake made with 1/2 c skim milk and 1 small banana, 2 strips turkey bacon

L:  small grilled chicken breast (skinless), 3/4 c green beans

S:  3 ozs homemade meatballs in marinara

D:  5 ozs same meatballs in marinara, 1/2 c shirataki noodles, 2 tbsps grated parmesan
