Good evening, BOTT friends,
No posts yet today. Here's one. I have to post to remain accountable, and I must admit, it has helped me. Otherwise, I post daily because I'm just that anal :) Hoping everyone is continuing to enjoy the holiday weekend, and praying for those involved in all the holiday fireworks and parade mishaps. Please be careful out there.
No bike workout again today...too busy. Just arrived home, and settling in to watch late night horror movies. Today I ate:
B: 1 egg + 1 egg white, 4 strips turkey bacon, sandwich thin with 2 tsps butter sub and 1 tbsp shredded cheddar
L: none
S: 1 oz peanuts, 2 strips turkey bacon (on the run)
D: 3 grilled chicken wings (skinless), small Taco Bell pintos and cheese
LNS: possibly Light & Fit yogurt
