Good evening, BOTT friends.  Hope everyone enjoyed a great holiday with family and friends.  There's no C&C already posted, so here goes.  I spent the day visiting a sick relative who had a birthday today.  My sisters and I all gathered around her and we had a great time.  No bike workout today, but back to it tomorrow.  On the plus side, I am down 4 more lbs and UNDER 200!!!  I weighed myself about 6 times throughout the day on 2 scales, and they're still reading 199 tonight.  My appetite has been suppressed for the last 2 days (wish I could bottle and sell the cause, whatever it may be).  Only new meds are my muscle relaxants, but loss of appetite is not listed as a side effect.

But why look a gift horse in the mouth?  I'm just happy to be there :)  Today I ate:

 

B:  1 1/2 c cantaloupe, 4 strips low sodium turkey bacon

L:  none

D:  5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp relish, grilled cherry tomatoes

LNS:  SF International coffee, 2 strips above turkey bacon

Thank you, Tigs!  I'm so happy...haven't seen a 1 before my weight since around 2006!
