Hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful Saturday! I'm posting a little early because we're taking our little ones camping in a tent in our backyard. If all goes well with our youngest (our son already loves it), we'll begin venturing weekends away from home, probably starting with a state campground. My husband and I love rustic camping and are looking forward to introducing our kids to this soon.

B protein smoothie
S Quest bar
L corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, LF Thousand Island
D chicken with Dijon lime sauce, green beans
S sunflower seeds

Zumba Circuit, 120 ounces fluids, all vitamins taken

It's Sunday...better late than never.  Didn't get a chance to post yesterday's exercise and eats so here goes.  Did 2 recumbent bike workouts at a slower pace for a total of 90 minutes, covering 10.5 miles.  My eats were:

 

1st B:  Quest protein bar, SF vanilla International coffee

2nd B:  4 strips turkey bacon, Light & Fit yogurt

L:  1 c homemade pulled chicken barbecue, 1/2 c turnip greens

S:  2 ozs steamed blue crab meat (while picking meat from crabs)

D:  5 ozs lean beef burger on sandwich thin, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp relish, grilled onions

LNS:  apple slices

 

Hope the kids enjoyed the backyard camping, Tigs.  Not for me (too scared of bugs, especially the 8 legged variety :)
