Good evening, BOTT friends,

Wow...talk about a busy day!  Phew!!!  I've been back and forth all day, eating when I could grab a bite (mostly on the run), and just got in before 11pm.  Tomorrow will be a near repeat of today, starting with the appt with the orthopedic doc.  Pains still hitting at every chance they get, so I can't wait for some resolution.  No bike workout tonight :(

The highlight of my day was getting a dozen jumbo steamed blue crabs...YUM!!  Today I ate:

B:  3/4 c blueberries, 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt

S:  4 slices turkey bacon (in the car while running errands...(cheaper than turkey jerky)

L:  1 c pulled chicken barbecue, 1/2 sandwich thin

S:  4 ozs SF chocolate pudding

D:  meat from 4 very large steamed blue crabs (no butter)

Have to work on getting more vegetables in as I've been very lax about it.  I LOVE vegetables, and I have to make time to prepare them the way I like (grilled), so I'm planning to fire up the grill this weekend and have a feast!

Wishing everyone a good night :)

You had me at getting a dozen until you said jumbo steamed blue crabs....I just knew it was donuts... that would have been my highlight!

We actually got the kids to sleep at a reasonable time last night and our daughter stayed in her on bed so instead of posting last night my hubby and I grabbed some much needed us time, talked, slow danced, some other stuff 😊, then much needed sleep. So better late than never on my day:

B protein coffee
S quest chocolate peanut butter bar
L turkey, deli sauce, cucumbers with sour cream sauce
D taco salad (romaine, seasoned grd sirloin, avocado, tomato, cheese, ranch, taco sauce)
S mozzarella cheese stick, small square SF chocolate

50 minutes on treadmill in morning, 104 ounces fluid, all vitamins in

It is a good day when you can find time to reconnect with your hubby.  Sometimes the stolen moments are the best!

Just the ticket for what must've been a hectic and stressful week for your family.  How romantic!
