Good Morning Botts:

My computer got shut down this morning by a terrific thunder and lighting storm that came through our area.  I work out of a construction trailer and let's just say that I did not want to touch anything that had metal or currents in it.  Glad that is over for now.  My eats for today are:

Breakfast:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Grapes

Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Cheese & Crackers

Dinner:  one slice Cheese Pizza

Snack:  Veggie Chips

Exercise:  walking 2 miles in the neighborhood weather permitting.

Have a super Friday and a great weekend.  Remember those vits and fluids.

 Tess

Same here, Tigs....I'm a late poster for yesterday too.

Got my bike workout in last night, 41 minutes covering 5.3 miles.  I saw the orthopedic doc yesterday.  Xrays were compared with previous ones, and although she really didn't see evidence of another fracture, she wants to rule it out and ordered an MRI.  That'll be done Tuesday.  She did agree that my osteoporosis is at the point where pills won't do it anymore (Fosamax) and she recommended IV meds.  My PCP has already referred me to an endocrinologist to determine why it's so marked, and that could be anything from a-z, including having had gastric bypass surgery.  Lastly, she ordered a muscle relaxant in case they are acute spasms (had 2 while she was examining me).  So, the story continues.....

B:  SF International coffee with last 1/2 scoop protein powder and 1/3 c almond milk, 7 natural almonds

L:  1 c tuna salad, tomato slices , 1 1/2 tbsps light ranch dressing

S:  SF coffee with 1/4 c skim milk, 1 c blueberries

D:  very small grilled chicken leg and thigh (skinless)

LNS:  4 large steamed blue crabs

SW: 344  LW: 167  RGW: 238  CW: 160.5  GW: 160
