Morning BOTT'ers!  Still getting up and walking, went to soak in the hot tub and my grandkids....turned the temp up on my hot tub...so I didn't get a relaxing soak this morning...104 is a bit much in the summer. I'm still in a stall but I'm dealing with it mentally...just not very well..I'm a bit grouchy!! I'm going to attempt to put it out of my mind until after 7/8 because my kids are coming to visit from Calif and we are going to have a grand time!  So if I don't post much between now and then, please believe me it will not be because I've fallen off the wagon, I won't give up my "LIVE TO LIVE"!

I know a stall is SO frustrating, I had one for weeks. I really admire your attitude! I tried lots if the suggestions from this wonderful group. I think the one that ultimately, and it's one that Tess recently suggested, is calorie cycling, and I did earlier in the week by accident and extreme ( VERY few calories and then A LOT of calories ... Stress not eat then eating with kids' surgeries, then purposely going 850 to 1200 and back, etc. That finally did it...after literally not losing anything for weeks, I dropped 4.8 pounds. I was stunned. Hang in there!!!!
