It is a hot, hot day here in Mississippi and I got to be on a jobsite today. I will be glowing and sparkling all day. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar (no coffee today, just too hot)
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Snack: Greek Yogurt Bar
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: BBQ Chicken Fajitas
Snack: Mini Ice Cream Cone
Exercise: 2 mile walk around the neighborhood

I went back to work yesterday and by bedtime last night I was exhausted! I doing okay so far today but my abs are sore. I'm still not back to tracking my food & counting calories but trying to watch portion size and keep my protein intake up. I know I'm not getting way off track or anything but probably going over my normal calorie budget some. I am recovering well. Got mixed feelings about coming back to work so soon after surgery. I'm glad to be getting back to my normal routines but my body is not 100% ready.
You are a warrior to me. I could not even think about going back to wor****il I was 4 weeks out and then it was just half days for a week. Don't worry about calories right now, your body needs extra calories to burn to help heal you up quickly. I know it is good to have some routine back but please be careful on what you pickup and how you bend over. You do not want to stress those scar lines. Thanks for the update, I hope you have a better day today.

Late post again. Very busy day yesterday, but I did get my recumbent bike workout done. Had to split it into 2 sessions, but got in 47 minutes, covering 5.3 miles. My eats were:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 1 med egg + 1 egg white + 1/4 c eggbeaters, sandwich thin, 1 tbsp light butter sub
S: 1 c fresh strawberries
L: Leftovers from cleaning fridge: 2 ozs lean beef burger (no bun, no condiments), 2 ozs baked chicken breast, 1/4 c Taco Bell pintos and cheese, 1 slice turkey bacon
D: 5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice ultra thin cheddar, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tsps relish
S: 4 ozs SF chocolate pudding
