I have missed a few days, summer is here and with that the grandkids!  I'm still in a holding pattern which is discouraging but considering that the holiday is coming and that is next week I'm just glad I'm holding.  However, as soon as I am a moment I am going to analyze my eats very closely and my old food logs and see what I can do to really pump up the weight loss!!  I'm sure my body has gotten used to the amount of calories I am eating and I need to up my activity so I need to find something other than walking too.  Time to look at the WII fit disc or maybe the Zumba disc I have sitting there gathering dust..lol  I am just going to concentrate on doing the best I can to eat healthy and move so that I may LIVE TO LIVE!!.

Don't forget that we all hit those lovely plateaus.  You may just be on one right now.  Increase your calories one day and decrease them the next day and then level back off to your 1300 again and see if this shakes things up.  You are really doing great!
