Back On Track Together
Still following my rules.....
I'm still getting up each morning and walking, still logging my food but I am on a major stall! The only good thing is I'm not discouraged to the point where I say "To heck with this I'm eating chocolate!!" The reason I'm not because I'm telling you 2 yrs ago, that's what I'd have a done, it's because I committed to "LIVE TO LIVE" which is not about weight but about health. I figure as long as I eat correctly all is well with the body. I may not like what it looks like but it works. I can go up and down the river bank without gasping for air this year and I am walking every morning. Those things all count as well! I am living!! With that said.
Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: Jimmy Johns Turkey Unwich
Snack: Yogurt, Apple
Dinner: Won't know until I get home, Hubby cooks tonite..:)
