Going to the groceries today and want to change my menu around.

Hello! Sorry we didn't reply in time for your grocery trip. The easiest thing might be to do is to look through some previous posts and see what we've been eating for some quick ideas. Otherwise, I could list some things this weekend if that would be helpful.

I didn't make it to the groceries.... Hahahaha!
But yes, I did have that extra time to go through so menus that other people have posted in previous posts. Anything helps. Any feedback is welcome.
Mostly proteins such as bars, shakes, tuna fish and chicken, green vegetables and SF desserts. Some cheese and a few crackers and nuts. Boy, I look like a cheap date (meal date). Hope you find some yummy things to eat. Have a great day!
