Beautiful day here in SW Michigan. I made it up just fine and had a momentary "wtf" is wrong with my treadmill??? I moved it from the livingroom to the bedroom, getting the house ready for July company..and when I got on the treadmill this morning I couldn't keep up even at 1.5 mph!!!!! Took me a while to figure it all out...the incline had been moved to the max in the move!!! Once I figured that out I was good to go!...
