had a good weekend. i am at a flat 189 this morning. 25 more to go to goal. i keep having to remember i spent most of my life 100 or more pounds overweight. 25 pounds is not terrible.
i was able to walk 2 miles this morning. went for a walk at 6 am. i went 40 minutes, and went 2 miles. i need to go a little faster i think. anyway, i will do it again tomorrow.
first things first: coffee with fat free half and half
breakfast: protein bar (after the walk)
snack: strawberry yogurt with 2x protein
lunch: flat out bread with fat free cream cheese and salmon
snack: kirkland steak jerky
dinner: protein bar (i got lazy)
Busy day at work and at home. Only able to get a short fast walk in with the dog but I rarely miss a workout so I'm not going to stress about it. Down 2.1 pounds, so only 17.9 to go to goal. Have to be st the hospital at 7:30, daughter's surgery should be by 9:00 then son's. Packed a bag with all their comforts, and I have water and quest bars for me. I'll try to post later tomorrow night once they're resting at home.
