good afternoon! had a really good night sleep and was able to sleep till 9 this morning! not typical with a 5 year old, but he had a sleepover last night.
first things first coffee with fat free half and half
breakfast: 2 eggs and salmon omelete
snack: protein bar
lost my mind for a second: jason had some apple cinnamon snacks and i had about 1/3 cup, and then had 6 peanut butter pretzel nuggets. - i'm back now i hope! lol
lunch: shrimp
(deleting my afternoon snack because of this morning's transgression)
dinner: salad with turkey in it
trying to get in my walking, hopeful - jason is home from his sleepover and requiring lot's of attention for his magic making!
i was very excited this morning that the scale went down another 1/3 pound, and i am down to 189.4 lol. at least it's in the right direction! sometimes i'm completely perfect and i have no weight loss at all for months. so, i'm happy with any weight loss at all!
