Started out cloudy, wet, windy, cool, and foggy. Now it's sunny, warm, and breezy. Just finished a walk with the dog on the hiking trails through the hilly woods next to our house while hubby has the kids at the playground. Exercise and food choices on track but nervous about their surgeries Tuesday so just not able to eat as much. Happy Father's Day to all the dads!

B coffee with SF creamer
L smoothie--almond milk, protein powder, dark cocoa, 1/2 banana, PB2
D shrimp scampi, veggies
S quest bar or apple with peanut butter

good afternoon! had a really good night sleep and was able to sleep till 9 this morning! not typical with a 5 year old, but he had a sleepover last night. 

 

first things first coffee with fat free half and half

breakfast: 2 eggs and salmon omelete

snack: protein bar

lost my mind for a second: jason had some apple cinnamon snacks and i had about 1/3 cup, and then had 6 peanut butter pretzel nuggets. - i'm back now i hope! lol

lunch: shrimp

(deleting my afternoon snack because of this morning's transgression)

dinner: salad with turkey in it

trying to get in my walking, hopeful - jason is home from his sleepover and requiring lot's of attention for his magic making!

i was very excited this morning that the scale went down another 1/3 pound, and i am down to 189.4 lol. at least it's in the right direction! sometimes i'm completely perfect and i have no weight loss at all for months. so, i'm happy with any weight loss at all!

Congrats to you on the 1/3 lb loss.  Any loss is a step in the right direction, which makes it a very good thing!
