I made it at 5:30 AM again this morning to walk. It is so beautiful and pleasant this time of the day and I get to see the sun rise. My hubby is right beside me walking with me. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast #2: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Lunch: Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Hamburger slider
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Exercise: 2 mile walk around the neighborhood
Have a gorgeous Friday and remember those vits and fluids. I will be back posting on Monday.

good afternoon. my life is very different right now. i have been off from work for a couple of weeks now because of my shoulder injury, that will be surgically repaired on monday, june 24 ... i am still doing some walking. but life is a little more boring and days seem a little longer than usual because i can't do too much. i am sticking to this because i know i can do it, and i know it felt really good to be 175, as opposed to this 190 i was this morning. 15 pounds is not much to some, but to me it's the difference between not having anything to wear, and a closet full of clothes! lol
but seriously, it's the difference between me feeling bad about myself and feeling great about myself. i really felt so much better, and people at work actually treated me differently. just with the 20 or 25 pounds i gained, crazy. they didn't know me at my highest of 280, as i took the job a year ago. i wonder if they would have even hired me? hmmm ...
anyway, i am going to make through today, and that's all i need to worry about. tomorrow is another day. the menu for the day is:
first things first: coffee with fat free half and half
breakfast: strawberry greek yogurt
snack: weigh****chers cheese stick
lunch: turkey with cheese
snack: protein bar
dinner: shrimp and shirataki noodles in soy vey
snack: fat free cottage cheese
i haven't done it yet, but i will be walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes and drinking 100 oz of water!
i will try to get more exercise in tomorrow, and everyday before my surgery ...
