Friday!!!! Why did it take so long to get here?????
Morning! I had a momentary lapse,....I slept in yesterday! I really needed it...because I made it up much easier this morning. Walked my 30 minutes and soaked this morning. Hubby joined me in the hot tub and it made for a very enjoyable morning chat with the love of my life. Today, I'll continue with less than 1300 calories..
Breakfast: Yogurt with extra protein thrown in...100 calories
Lunch: Progressive Light Vegetable soup, 120 calories
Snack: Apple 80 calories and Yogurt 80 calories
Dinner: Baked Chicken boneless skinless 4 oz 128 calories
Salad with Ranch Fat free dressing 30 calories
Snack: Celery Sticks 15 calories
Bedtime: Colby Cheese and crackers 280 calories
Planned eats total 833 calories which leaves me 400 calories to fudge with. Great plan for me today!
