It is going to be a hot day in Mississippi today. Temperature around 96 degrees. I so love the hot, muggy, sweaty days that no one says. My eats for today on going to be on the cool side.
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast #2: Unjury Protein Shake with Banana & PB Powder
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop bar
Dinner: Tuna Salad on Sandwich Thin
Snack: Unjury Protein Shake
Exercise: 2 mile walk around the neighborhood.

Another short post tonight, as I'm about to turn in instead of watch late night TV. My back is acting up, had to take my meds so I'm sleepy now. Got my recumbent bike workout done earlier, 52 minutes covering 6 miles. Today I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg + 1/3 c eggbeaters with 2 tsps light butter sub, 1 c cantaloupe
L: 3 ozs grilled chicken breast, 3 ozs leftover baked "spaghetti" (shirataki noodles)
S: protein shake made with SF International coffee, 10 natural almonds
D: 2 ozs low sodium deli ham + 3 ozs grilled chicken thigh (skinless) on sandwich thin, 1 tsp mayo, lettuce, tomato
S: 1 c cantaloupe, apple slices
