Treadmill Tuesday!!!
Morning all!! My treadmill is back in action!! It felt so good to get up at 4:30, walk my time/distance, soak in the hot tub and now...blog a bit! I'm not going to push myself I'll walk at 2.0 mph for the first few days and then bump it up so I am aleast noticing how much time has not past while I walk...lol Sooooo I'm really back on track! my treadmill track hahahaha
I've been a bit lax on logging my calories so I'm back to logging everything today.
Breakfast Protein Shake 250 calories
Lunch: vegetable soup 260 calories
Snack: Apple 80 calories Yogurt 80 calories
Dinner; Chicken Breast 4 oz 130 calories (i'm guessing but will look it up tonite) green beans 100 calories and salad 50 calories
Bedtime snack: colby cheese and cracker 180 calories
Total still under 1300 calories!!
Goal - not that many pounds away any more...lol Still leaving my goal date as my 61 st birthday but I'm thinking I should hit it way sooner than that.

Debra, good to hear you doing so good. I do need to start using my treadmill.. I know once I start - it will become a habit. I good one.
