Good evening, BOTT friends,
Congrats on the new great nephew, Tess!
Today was a little busy, and I was tired after getting my granddaughters off to school, only to be wakened by the teacher's assistant calling at 1pm, wondering if I knew the kids were getting out early today (mom forgot to tell me). So needless to say, that was the end of my nap time :)
Got my bike workout done this evening, 43 minutes covering 5.2 miles. I made a shirataki noodle baked "spaghetti" for dinner...turned out great. Also ordered another supply of Quest bars, minus the choc chip cookie dough (sorry guys, not my cup of tea, lol). I don't really care for choc chip cookies...my favorite is oatmeal. Today I ate:
B: 4 1/2 ozs leftover grilled sirloin, 1/3 c eggbeaters + 2 egg whites (scrambled)
S: protein shake made with SF French vanilla International coffee, 1/4 c 1% milk, 10 natural almonds
L: small grilled chicken wing and thigh (skinless), 1/2 small cantaloupe
D: 6 ozs above baked "spaghetti"

LOL!! Sounds like what the eldest granddaughter would've said, except she made it home because she rides the school bus. The 5 yr old has to be taken by us and picked up.
I heard so much good stuff about the choc chip cookie dough that I thought I'd try it and bought a whole box of them. Should've tried it out first, like I did the others. But my boyfriend made very good use of them.
