Ok...I'm still hanging in there...treadmill gets fixed Monday afternoon so come Tuesday I'll be getting up at 4:30 again. I slipped back into sleeping late but I'm sticking to the calories. I'm just at a standstill right now but I'm not worrying about it. Just continuing to continue. Today we are putting the boat in and spending time down the river bank...lol In otherwords I'll be more active. I'm just proud of myself for sticking to the calories even though I'm in my plateau. :) Ya'll have a great day!

It's been rough for me these past few months, but I have finally gotten back on track. I am logging my food and water (water which I wasn't doing) and it helps to control my eating. I am down 6 pounds since last week Friday. I am also beck to a workout schedule I can handle. Today, within the first hour of being up I worked out to Wii Active Tennis for 51 minutes and just came in from a quick walk around the park 35 minutes. Been studying since 10am and needed to get out and get some air.
My eats today: June 8, 2013
Pre-Breakfast: Coffee with Med’s
Breakfast:
Snack: 2 Slice of Bacon, Egg Whites, and 100 Calorie Sandwich Bread
Lunch: Balance Protein Bar
Snack: Dannon Greek Yogurt (Light & Fit)
Dinner: Will be…Chicken Salad made with a boiled egg and Perdue Short Cutting and a Fat Free Mayo
Snack: If I need one a created a Purred Pear with a 2/3 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder and a splash of Almond Milk and Froze
Calories: 965.83 if I have the Frozen Fruit Blend if not 782.5
Protein: 94 if I have the Frozen Fruit Blend if not 74
Water: 4 daily
Exercise: Wii Active Tennis, walk around the park

No time to post last night, so here it is today. Got a partial bike workout done last night...24 minutes, covering 2.7 miles. Yesterday (Sat) I ate:
B: protein shake made with SF International coffee and 1 tbsp half & half
L: Wendy's Berry Almond grilled chicken salad (half portion) with fat free blueberry vinaigrette, added 3 ozs more grilled chicken breast
S: 1 c fresh strawberries, 10 natural almonds, 1/2 medium banana
D: meat from 7 small to medium steamed blue crabs (total 3.5 ozs)
S: 1 c fresh strawberries, 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt
