Back On Track Together
Monday, June 3rd, Cardio & Cafe
Good Morning Botts:
It is a beautiful day in Mississippi and I had a great weekend too. Slept in on Saturday and just hung around the house. Tried to get my closet organized but at least got my clothes all hung up and shoes in their proper boxes. Had a great visit with my daughter on Sunday and baked an awesome Golden Vanilla Cake with Praline Pecan Sauce. I ate a small piece for it was calories terrific but it was one of those days that I just wanted to bake something like I use to. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie Cake
Dinner: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Unjury Protein Shake
I am up a couple of pounds (probably the cake) so I got to detox off of sugar and get back on track quickly before it becomes ten. Have a great day and remember those vits and fluids.
Oh my goodness, just one more wee****il my TT. I'm so excited and very very nervous! This is a dream come true for me. I can hardly believe it's really going to happen.
EATS
Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Quest protein bar
S: Unjury protein shake
L: cheese & crackers, apple w/peanut butter
S: Unjury protein shake
D: 1 slice of a large pepperoni pizza
S: none
TOTALS: 1315 calories, 103g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 184 (Height: 5’ 7”)
You should really love your results and should not have any dog ears. My TT only went from hip to hip and I knew from the start I would probably have dog ears but we knew we were coming back to finish the lower body lift and it would give the best look possible. I love the way everything looks now. My PS did awesome by me. I hope yours does too!
B protein shake with almond milk
S ham & Swiss roll up, cucumbers, homemade buttermilk Ranch dressing
L hard boiled eggs, carrots, ranch dressing
D stir fry with steak, peppers, broccoli, waterchestnuts, carrots
S almonds
88 ounces fluids, 46 minutes treadmill (just finished at 11). Heading to bed. Sleep well all!
Hello, BOTT friends,
Posting late yet again due to the situation with my poor tooth/teeth. The root canal is scheduled for Thursday, and it couldn't come soon enough for me. I did manage 20 mins on my recumbent bike yesterday, covering 2.7 miles, but my heart wasn't in it. I was going to do more later, but the Percocet kicked in.
I can eat on the other side of my mouth, but you know when you sometimes forget and bite down hard? OUCH!! So yesterday I ate:
B: protein shake made with almond milk and small banana
L: 1c tuna salad, lettuce, tomato, 1/2 hard boiled egg
S: 4 slices turkey bacon (very slowly)
S: 2 c cubed cantaloupe
D: 4 1/2 oz lean beef burger, 1 slice ultra thin cheddar, sandwich thin with mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, few dill slices
(I had planned on oatmeal for dinner, but felt rather hungry and needed some solid protein. Took over an hr to eat that burger cut in tiny pieces and chewed very slowly, but it got the job done :)
