June 1st.....Imagine that!

Ok...treadmill will be fixed on 6/10!  That is the soonest the part will be available to be put on.  Better than buying a new one...but $210 for parts and labor and it will be like new.  I'm doing great, staying on track with 1300 calories per day, still playing the numbers game.  I'll eat whatever as long as the numbers fit and I'm satisfied..lol  Turkey deli meat comes in handy as it is 30 calories per serving which is satisfying...:)  Same with lettuce..hahahahha  I'm still trying to move every day but I know I'm not moving as much until the treadmill is fixed...I love the mindless walking with the kindle reading to me!  It's 3:30 in the afternoon and I've only had 625 calories and that leaves lots for dinner and a snack!  Ya'll have a great day!

Good afternoon, BOTT friends,

 

Didn't post again last night due to time restraints.  But it was a great and productive day...busy as I could be.  Got my recumbent bike workout done, 72 minutes, covering 10 miles.  Went grocery shopping at 10pm, put everything away and went back out for awhile.  Got home at 2 a.m. and too tired to log on.  My eats for Sat, 6/1 were:

B:  IHOP breakfast of 3 ozs ham, scrambled egg substitute, 1/2 slice dry whole wheat toast

L:  3 ozs grilled chicken, 1/2 c green beans, 1/2 c fresh strawberries with 1/4 oz dry roasted almonds

S:  protein shake made with coffee, 1/3 c almond milk and 2 tbsp half & half

D:  4 ozs lean beef burger on sandwich thin, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, pickle slices, 1/2 Taco Bell pintos and cheese

Good news on the treadmill!  I love it at the end of the day when I have plenty of calories left to eat with.  It makes my choices so much better!
