Had another good night of sleep and everything seems to be perking right along. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Snack: Greek Yogurt Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Roast Beef Tacos
Snack: Mini NSA ice cream cone

Posting early...fishing tonight from midnight until.....Bike workout done, 40 mins, covering 5.4 miles.
Today I ate:
B: protein shake made with 1/2 c 1% milk, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 c fresh strawberries
L: tuna salad with light mayo on sandwich thin, apple slices
S: 2 1/2 ozs low sodium deli turkey breast, 1/2 Quest protein bar
D: 3 ozs grilled, boneless chicken breast, 1/3 c pinto beans

LOL!! Actually, it's the best time, most of the time. Less crowding, "better positioning" (LOL), cooler during warm weather, quieter...and suits a night person like myself to a capital "T". Love it!!
Got there at 1 am, got home at 8:30 am with 3 fish. Caught over 30, but mostly throwbacks due to small size. Guessed the mama and daddy fish didn't get the memo last night :)
B Protein coffee
S hard boiled eggs, carrots, ranch dressing
L Cottage cheese, cauliflower, ranch dressing, blueberries
D spinach salad with dressing on side, shrimp in wine sauce no pasta, glass of wine, couple bites of shared mini mousse
S dry roasted peanuts
50 minutes on treadmill, 1228 calories, all vitamins/supplements taken
