Long day, heading to bed soon. Hope kids sleep well tonight because the only opportunity I'll have to work out tomorrow is the treadmill at 5:30am. I'm okay once I'm up and going but it's tough getting up.

B Protein coffee
S Protein shake made with almond milk
L Egg salad on low carb high fiber tortilla, sugar snap peas, ranch dressing
S Bluberries, cheese
D Chicken, broccoli
S Almonds

One hour Zumba, 88 ounces fluids, vitamins in, 1194 calories

Sleep well all!

I use to get up at 5:30 AM for the treadmill, now I get up at 7:00 AM for the coffee!kiss  Have a great workout!

LOL!!!!! I love the taste of coffee so i'm grateful for decaf but at 5:30 in the morning I sure wish I could tolerate caffeine!

Good AFTERNOON :) BOTT friends,

 

Didn't get a chance to post last night (I hate that), so here it is for Wed.  Also didn't get my bike workout in, but will be back to it today.

B:  3 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg + 1/4 c eggbeaters, sandwich thin, 2 tsps whipped butter sub

L:  protein shake made with 1/2 c 1% milk and 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 c fresh strawberries

S:  1c fresh strawberries, 2 strips leftover turkey bacon

D:  5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin with mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 slices ultra thin provolone, 1 apple

Yep, I was MIA, but back with a passion.  I think you may have missed my comment to you on Debra's post for Wed.  I asked if you had noticed how the postings were on the rise since your sunny smile reappeared?  Honestly, you are a very respected lady and breath of fresh air here for obvious reasons.  Everyone is so kind and helpful, and I can't say enough how happy I am to be here!

Awwwww!  You are so sweet and thank you very much!  I did miss your comment.  I kinda like the phrase that you can start your day with a smile or frown, they both take the same amount of muscles.  SMILE!!
