Didn't get a chance to post last night (I hate that), so here it is for Wed. Also didn't get my bike workout in, but will be back to it today.
B: 3 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg + 1/4 c eggbeaters, sandwich thin, 2 tsps whipped butter sub
L: protein shake made with 1/2 c 1% milk and 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 c fresh strawberries
S: 1c fresh strawberries, 2 strips leftover turkey bacon
D: 5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin with mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 slices ultra thin provolone, 1 apple
Yep, I was MIA, but back with a passion. I think you may have missed my comment to you on Debra's post for Wed. I asked if you had noticed how the postings were on the rise since your sunny smile reappeared? Honestly, you are a very respected lady and breath of fresh air here for obvious reasons. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and I can't say enough how happy I am to be here!
