Good luck. I would not drop too many too fast. If you do - you may get a really bad headache.
Just eliminate all "empty carbs" or snacks that are carbs
I.e:
if you have bread in the morning - cut the portion in half and make sure it is a full fiber type bread - and add a small piece of cheese or butter.
if you have sweets - make sure you substitute is a small portion of fruits (like berries - low sugar type) with a small amount of whip cream or Greek yogurt that you flavor with SF syrups or SF pudding.. (just an idea)
Drink between meals. Grab a 1-3 Lite cheese sticks or 1-2 regular cheese stics as a snack.
Make Plain Greek yogurt as a dessert - add proteins or flavoring or little bit of fruits. Flax meal - has full of fiber and helps me when I need to fill my belly with some "food"
A 5 min cake:
1 egg + little bit of water+ sweetener
1/2 Tbs Flax meal+ 1 scoop protein powder + 1/4 tsp backing powder.
Mix the wet with the dry stuff. make sure it is not too thick or too wet.
Put in a microwave safe cup or a bowl (at least 2-3 x the volume) and nuke for 30-90 min.
Take out , invert, cut in slices. can be topped with whipped cream or PB, or SF jelly.
Same thing can be made in pancakes. (I use coconut spray for the batter not to stick to my pan.)

HALA! my friend! so glad to see u are here...i was wondering if you were still helping out here... you were such a big help before...i have gotten my self loss again... :(
BUT I wont give up on me...sometimes I get a brain fart and neglect myself but this time I really did it with the weight gain..
lowering carbs right now...then will go to portioning and TRY to count calories

Lot of HUGS... I am not posting much here on BOTT - but I do try at least once a week. I still follow up on my fellow BOTTers - but my diet is so limited and so boring that I decided not to enter the same thing over and over...
I am more or less in a maintenance mode for now due to some health challenges... But all is good...
