Back On Track Together
ASHAMED TO SAY...BUT I AM BACK
Planning is key for me, plus have contingency plans...for example I always pack one extra meal option so if I decide I want something different while at work I have another choice and I don't wander off to the grocery store. I found that it I could make it through the first three days, then the rest came easier. The first three were the toughest. Another suggestion, drink water or some other SF drink when you have the munchies, you just may be thirsty. Good for you going to Zumba! I'm going to a 5:00 class, we'll do it together in spirit!!!
OK...LAST NIGHT I MESSED UP... I WOKE UP STILL HALF ASLEEP AND ATE 3... COUNT THEM 3 SKINNY COW BARS OF WHATEVER ..!! THAT IS CRAZY !!!!!!!!! I AM "CONFESSING" CAUSE MAYBE THIS WILL HELP IDK ... I WISH I HAD SOMEONE HERE TO TALK WITH ABOUT THESE THINGS AND TO WELL JUST HAVE A BUDDY TO GO WALK OR EXERCISE WITH .. AND WHERE IS MY ENERGY HAS IT BEEN SUCKED UP BY THE FAT I GAINED? I THINK I KNOW THAT IS A BIG YES...I CAN FEEL THE HEAVINESS NEED TO DO SOMETHING RADICAL
Well, at least they were skinny cow and not mega snickers bars! So that day is done and today is a new day. Don't beat youself up! you posted what you did, you owned it, try to figure out why it happened ( hungry? Blood sugar drop? Feeling deprived? ) and come up with a plan). You may not have an immediate friend but we ARE here for you, maybe try picking up a pen instead of a skinny cow and write all your thoughts and feelings down. Maybe labs to check levels like iron and b12, low levels are energy busters. Hugs and hang in there! Start fresh today
