Weather is beautiful and it is almost the end of the week. Yay!!! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Snack: Greek Yogurt Bar
Dinner: Grilled Chicken
Snack: (2) Fig cookie bars

Good morning everyone!
I lost .6 pounds this week. A loss I'm very happy with since I had such a large loss last week (3.2pds) and because I had 1 day this week that I didn't stick to my calories / diet.
This weekend will be my biggest challenge so far. My husband and I are going to New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. My plan is to stick close to my plan, but not restrict myself 100%... then when I get back on Monday, kick my butt into gear with sticking to things strict!.. It should help that our hotel is a good 1/2 mile - 1 mile from everything we want to do and we'll be walking everywhere instead of using a taxi. :) The walking should help with extra calories.
Eats:
B: Latte (110cal) and AdvantEdge shake (110 cal)
S: String Cheese (60cal)
L: Not sure
S: Yogurt (160 cal)
D: Not sure

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Great day today...less demanding, and got some reading done. Bike workout done this evening, 43 minutes covering 5.1 miles. Got my water in finally, so it's late night TV, then night-night for me. Have to be up early for another of my seemingly endless string of MD appts.
Today I ate:
pre-breakfast: 2c SF vanilla International coffee with 1/4 c almond milk (for added richness)
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 1/2 c eggbeaters, sandwich thin with 2 tsps whipped butter sub
L: 3 ozs low sodium deli turkey breast, 1c steamed broccoli, 2 tsps whipped butter sub
S: protein shake made with 6 ozs 1% milk and 1/4 c frozen blueberries
D: 1/2 grilled chicken breast and wing (skinless), small Taco Bell pintos and cheese
