1 year out, need some guidance
Hey, I am 1 year out and I still have a lot of weight to lose. I am worried because my weight loss has slowed down a lot. I know most of its behavioral :( that's why I coming to this support chat for some extra guidance and to here some suggestions ( this is my first support ) . I weigh 280 lbs still and I really need to jump start my weight loss again. I have trouble with carbs and snacks. If anyone had any help I would greatly appreciate it. Basically I am struggling with when is enough going to be enough. When will I finally say no to unhealthy foods and start to workout more regular.
