Good evening, BOTT friends,
Another busy day, but feeling great and full of energy. Got my bike workout in this evening, 48 minutes covering 6.1 miles, then finished with a 20 min strength training workout for these arms. I have dropped 2 pant sizes, and wore pants that I haven't worn in over 3 yrs to the docs office yesterday. They were noticeably too big. For that, I am eternally grateful.
Today I ate:
B: egg salad made with light mayo, sandwich thin, 2 oz piece of leftover lean beef burger (plain)
S: protein shake made with almond milk and 1/2 c frozen blueberries, 6 natural almonds
L: 1 c homemade pulled chicken barbecue, 1/2 c fresh strawberries, 1 c SF vanilla International coffee (1 hr afterward)
D: 6 ozs lean sirloin stir-fried with summer vegs
