Good Morning Botts:
I am trying to get back in to the swing of things at the office place and am feeling a little overwhelmed. So much to do and not enough hours to do it in. Yesterday when I got home at lunch, I literally crashed. I was wore out. I thought I had my stamina back but not yet. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Snack: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Dinner: Rotel Chicken
Snack: NSA Ice Cream

Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Quest protein bar
S: Banana
L: 6 oz. Unjury protein chicken broth, 3/4 cup corn, 16 Wheat Thin crackers
S: Quest protein bar, apple

TOTALS: so far… 1090 calories, 68g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 186 (Height: 5’ 7”)
I also forgot to add that I bought some men's sleeveless tank undershirts in a medium to wear under my garments so that the zipper and snap area would not press in so hard that it would make me itch. They are working out great. The band at the bottom of the undershirt was leaving a mark due to swelling so I cut the band off and now it works perfectly.

Tuesday.... yea.. .. 3 more days to a long weekend... lol..
I had my blood work done today ... many vials of blood... I hope all will be fine. I have been good with taking vits and minerals, and I hope my iron stays steady... (since last year infusion)
I noticed my chewable vits have sorbitol and since I am trying to remove all traces of anything that may cause gas (and pain) - I bought some multi pills... Even if I break them in half - they still get "stuck" almost every time. No wonder I hate taking large pills... But I will mange. I just need to break them in 4-ths. That should do it. Capsules would be great - but the only capsules I know that are any good are Celebrate - and they are bit too pricey for me.
Beside that - I am getting used to mostly liquids food. The best thing out of that - not a lot of smelly gas... lol.. and I ma sure of of you can appreciate that....

Still fighting the PMS blues today, but feeling better than yesterday.
B: 3 Mini Quiche (ham/veg) (71 cal) and AdvantEdge Protein Shake (110 cal), 2 cups coffee with 1tsp nondairy creamer (20cal)
L: Half of Jersey Mike's 'Sub in a Tub' (basically a sandwich made into a salad instead) (175 cal for half)
