I got up to 140....freaked me out...my goal is 130...highest was 251....6 years ago before rny.....lowest was 119...want to stay between 125 and 130.....this morning I'm 132.....no longer overweight as the chart says....I'm only 5'1".

Congrads on being down.  My story is similar to yours.  I am 5'1".  High wt 262 before rny.  got down to 128,   eight years later I am 146.  ugh!!!! 

I am overweight by charts and not happy about it.  I have been up to 150, so I am down a little too.  I am exercising like crazy, but I know I put too many calories in. 

Good Luck on keeping it off.

Keep up the good work!  You will be below 130 before you know it.  Sometimes it is good to get a wake call as long as we don't let it get out of hand.  It lets us know that we need to stay alert and on our toes.  Have a great day!
