I'm up again...bright and early!!  Good morning all.  I got up and walked in the dark down our mile long country dirt road.  Good time to walk...lol  Just wish I could see better I might walk faster..lol  I know I'll get me one of those head light head bands...:)  Ok...as of 5/20 I have lost 27 in 10 weeks, which....(easy math) 2.7 lbs per week...lol  Hope I can keep up the 2 lb per week loss...which means I could be at my goal before Halloween!!!  hmmm...better not get my hopes up for that..lol  I just need to concentrate on eating well and continue to exercise....but maybe I'll get what I want for Christmas..lol

You are doing an awesome job!  You should be very proud of what you have accomplished.  Just continue to work it one day at a time and you will be at goal in no time at all.  Have a great day!

thanks Tess I am very proud of myself.  No longer is it hard to get up and walk, and it's getting easier and easier to stay within the 1300 calories per day.  Thanks for the encouragment!
