Back On Track Together
Saturday....UP AND AT 'EM!!!
WOOOOOOoooooHoooooooOOOO!! I dropped another pound!! This week has been the easiest diet wise for me ever. I think the fact I have been at it for 2 1/2 months has conditioned my brain to be satisfied with no junk food and a sensible portions!! Noticed I said my brain!??!!?? I know my body needs no conditioning as long as my brain is follow the rules of the pouch. 1.Protein first, 2 no drinking 30 minutes before during and 30 minutes after meals, 3. portion control. so I have to pat my self on the back as my hubby hugs me and tells me how great I 'm doing!!
Today's activities, I've already walking this morning outside, 30 minutes made it more than a mile, soaked in the hot tub and soon, I'll get busy on the rest of the day I plan on cleaning out the bathroom linen closet, cleaning the living room, and den. That should do it because when I say clean I mean going through all closets and drawers and book case in those rooms and trashing/set aside to sale all those things that have just been hanging out for the past 5 years! Tomorrow I'll see how I feel about the kitchen dining room and spare bathroom. Heck I might even clean a window or 2...NOT! I no better than to kids myself...I won't do that...lol
