Wonderful way to spend the rest of the day after work!!! And t was perfect weather to! Still haven't figured out what to do each morning until my treadmill is fixed..still have 2 weeks before they come to give me an estimate to fix it. So I'm not getting in much excellent cardio but I am at list walking "my cube farm"  a lot during the day which is more than I usually do.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with extra Protein 220 clories

Snack:  Greek Yogurt 80 calories

Lunch:  Salad with 3 oz of Chicken breast and Fat Free Ranch dressing 200 calories

No secret to the chicken...I bake it wrapped in foil at 350 but I will pour a can of fire roasted garlic tomatoes or some other can flavored tomatoes prior to sealing it up.  I always look at the contents and calorie count before I use anything!!  I just don't have time to cook much so the meals can't be labor intensive AND has to be simple enough for my hubby to pop it in the oven (he's home self employed) so he does most of the cooking.

For me, the food has to have flavor and I do mean FLAVOR, especially since I eat a "normal" portion..LOL I go for quality and tasty low calorie...and tomatoes are always tasty and they are definitely low calorie.
