Back On Track Together
Thursday!
Yeah!!! Thursday is here! I am pumped today!! As you know my treadmill is out of commision, I do my cardio/exercise in the morning on an empty stomach because your body burns more fat at that time of the day than any other time AND it gets my day off to the right start, sooo I have been extremely worried about how this will affect my goals. I LOST ANOTHER POUND!! Yep..I'm not feeling as "energized" throughout the day because I don't get that first thing in the morning jolt, but I do make it a point at work to walk around my "cube farm" every hour!! So far so good!
Haven't gone into the kitchen yet but I think my eats will be
Breakfast - Yogurt/protein shake 250 calories
Lunch - Salad with fat free salad dressing 2 hard boiled eggs, 200 calories
Snack - Apple 80 calories and celery sticks (i never count those)
Dinner - Chicken Breast 3 oz 100 calories, 1 cup of green beans, 40 calories
Snack - 2 oz Colby Cheese 210 calories 5 Saltine crackers 70 calories and I still have 350 calories for other nutritional food. to make a total of 1300!!
