Good evening, BOTT friends,
Got my recumbent bike workout in earlier this evening...making up for yesterdays missed workout. Got in 70 mins covering 8.8 miles and felt great afterward. Today I ate:
B: McDonald's maple oatmeal without fruit, 1/3 c 1% milk, 10 natural almonds (chopped, added to oats), 3 strips turkey bacon
S: protein shake made with 6 ozs 1% milk, 1 tbsp half&half
L: 1 c egg salad on sandwich thin
S: 1 oz roasted peanuts
D: chicken stir-fry with onions, carrots, broccoli, peppers, bean sprouts (no rice or noodles)
